Description
Gumball Probability is an engaging activity to use to introduce and practice probability skills. Simply pass print out a gumball machine template for each student. Print the gumball template onto red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple paper. Have students randomly select 10 gumballs by using the gumball color cards. Students will glue those colors of gumballs onto their machine. After that they will write the likelihood of getting particular gumballs from their machine. For example, it is impossible to get a pink gumball. It is likely to get a green gumball.
