I created this aide to be used with my students with disabilities who attend physical education with the general education class.

Following the curriculum, students in certain grades are expected to create and perform a gymnastics routine. I found that the paper and pencil task typically given to them were rather confusing, so I created something more visual and interactive.

I cut out all the options for gymnastics skills and laminated them along with the routine board and choice sheet. I used velcro to make a choice board and routine board that my students can use prior to writing their routine on paper, or during their performance of the routine.

Not only do they enjoy this interactive task, it helps those learners who are more visual in nature!
