This file contains 27 fraction problems. The students are to color the fractions into a fraction wheel that has already been equally divided and determine if the fraction is more than a half, less than a half, or equal to a half.
Then, the students find the fractions in the grid and color them based on if they are more than, less than, or equal to a half.
This is common core aligned because the students are using the fraction wheels to understand how much the fraction represents. All the wheels are the same size so they can easily see that 1/2 is bigger than 1/4.
This is perfect for a math center or homework.
