Description

Add these low-prep array task cards to your Halloween center activities in October! Students can use the arrays to work with multiplication or repeated addition; the fun Halloween theme will surely engage!

This resource includes:

  • 30 array task cards, each one representing a basic multiplication fact
  • a student recording sheet for multiplication; students write two different equations for each array task card
  • a student recording sheet for repeated addition; students write one repeated addition sentence for each task card

Choose either multiplication or addition, or use both to provide differentiation.

Task cards make a perfect math center, or can also be used as an early finisher activity. Another idea is to use these as an "around the room" Halloween gallery walk. Simply post the cards around the classroom, and have students circulate and write the answers on their recording sheets - a great way to get students up and moving!
