Description

Give your students the chance to help run their very own EMOJI pumpkin farm. A fun, festive math project that helps your students apply their knowledge of basic multiplication and division concepts.

Students will work through finding the total amount of each type of pumpkin growing on the farm using array concepts. They will use the distributive property to help find the amount of pumpkins growing on the same plot of land. They will help the farmers figure out how much they made selling their emoji pumpkins at the fall festival using multiplication and/or division knowledge. They will use multiplication with multiples of ten in order to help the farmers figure out how many seeds they have to plant for next year. Finally, they will get to create their own arrays in order to plant their own field of emoji pumpkins.

This project is perfect for fall, and your students will love the fun, playful emoji pumpkins on each page.
