Description
This Halloween math centers bundle comes with 4 place value centers, but can be used at ANY time!
1. Place Value Cover- The student will draw a card with numerals on it. The student will look at their game board and determine the number of tens and ones in the number on the card. The student will then cover the answer on their game board with a chip, counter, unifix cube, fun eraser, etc.
2. Base Ten Cover- The student will draw a card with base ten blocks on it. The student will look at their game board and determine the value on the card. The student will cover the answer on their game board with a chip, counter, unifix cube, fun eraser, etc.
3. Roll and Make- Students will use a die along with their game board. They will roll the die once and record that numeral in the tens spot. They will roll the die again and record that numeral in the ones spot to create a two digit number. Students will then make that number using tens and ones.
4. Understanding Place Value- Students will use a game board, number cards, and base ten blocks for this game. Students will draw a number card and place the number in the tens spot on their game board. They will then draw another number and place it in the ones spot on their game board to create a two digit number. Students will then use base ten blocks to create that number.
***ALL games are HALLOWEEN themed.
