Harry Potter, Characterization, Character Study, Body Biography Project Bundle, For Print and Digital is filled with all you need to teach and promote the amazing characters from JK Rowling's timeless and adventurous novel series and Harry Potter film dynasty. Your students will find plenty of opportunities for creativity. For the first time, you'll experience the unique approach of using a collaborative poster, Harry Potter, textual evidence, research, and the body biography project!

The project bundle includes 6 characters. Give your students a relevant and modern experience while promoting the 4 C's and achievement. Leave the Harry Potter body biographies up all year long! I adapted the body biography concept to align with citing textual evidence, character traits, research, and inference skills.

Includes 6 choices:

★ each poster is a character from the novel. Featuring fun but mature images- appealing to all grades. Black and white for your students to add color and design.

★ Each poster is 32 inches high by 10 inches wide. It requires 4 pages each.

★ Group Work Rubric and Group Work Reflection Questions

★ Content Response Rubric NEW!

★ Body Biography Content Checklist NEW!

★ Bonus - characterization pre-planning sheets for each character!

★ Student handout that explains each part of the body biography project (there are 12 parts).

★ The teacher set up directions, learning objective/learning outcomes, background, tips, and CCSS

★ Includes the Google Slides version for digital learning, virtual classroom, and distance learning. Can be used in your favorite LMS! - Google Classroom, SeeSaw, Canvas, Schoology, etc.

•Use the novel, class notes, and web resources to research the character (subject), then cite evidence to find accurate and descriptive word choice.

•Fill out the Harry Potter Body Biography graphic organizer/poster

Group work should promote:

•Intellectual understanding, abilities, and skills.

•Communication, cooperative and teamwork skills such as planning. management, leadership, and peer support.

•Personal growth (increased self-esteem and self-confidence).

My kids really liked this project. I created my own notes sheet for them to take throughout the project but the directions provided was extra clear. Some characters were harder than other depending on if there were actual answers provided in the book. Sometimes they weren't and the kids were confused but overall, they loved doing this!
