Here's a super-fun writing prompt craftivity that makes for an adorable spring bulletin board. It's also suitable for back to school as a fun way to get to know your students.

I've included a note home to parents to enlist their help with birthday information. (2 note options).

The writing prompt pennant can be added to older students' eggs. Students wrap their "Some of my favorite things" flag around a colorful straw.

For a bit of 3D pizzazz we added wiggle eyes, a folded beak, plus a feather.

A school photo adds that finishing touch.

To mix math with literacy and use the information from the eggs, I also included 6 graphing extensions.
