For years I was using worksheets provided by the textbook resources to review the major terms and concepts of health insurance. But after completing them, I realized my students were simply regurgitation the information and not actually synthesizing or comprehending the materials. So I came up with these two worksheets to encourage students to have a deeper understanding. Topics include terminology (deductible, co-insurance, co-pay, premium, out of pocket max etc.) as well as provider entities like Medicare, Medicaid, PPO and HMO.
Answer key also included!
**UPDATE** To help with the need for online resources, this download now contains an option for students to use a PDF that can be completed electronically.
