PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This heart health product is great for Heart Health Month, Valentine's Day or a fitness day at your school. Due to the differentiation it's usable in grades PreK-1.

This product includes:

Students practice writing the letter H for Heart

Color by Number Heart
Students color a somewhat anatomically correct human heart by number.

What is Your Heart?
Students learn what the heart does and why a doctor uses a stethoscope. They also create a stethoscope with a paper towel roll to hear each others’ hearts

Heart Healthy Me
Students make a craft of themselves and then write one thing that they can do to stay “Heart Healthy”

Pin the Heart on the Human
Like pin the tail on the donkey. Students pin the heart on a life-size outline of someone their age.

Healthy Heart Food Sort
Students learn which foods are good for their heart and which foods aren’t, to help them make better decision about what they eat.

Can You Feel It?
As a class, students track their heartbeat through various activities. Chart included for students to check off the boxes or for them to just work on using a pencil and pretending to be a scientist.
