**This resource is directly aligned with Level 1 FUN DAYS LESSON PLANS: Compatible with Fundations. Fundations is a solid T1 program that supports students in learning foundational skills. But how do you support students who need additional time to master these important skills? Fun Days Intervention does just that. Fun Days intervention follows the scope and sequence of Fundations as well as other systems, routines, and procedures from the program. Fun Days intervention lesson plans and resources provide a layer of support for Tier 2 students who need additional practice and support to master these important skills.
As a Reading Specialist, I have been using Fundations curriculum to support my Tier 2 and Tier 3 students in Kindergarten thru Third grade. Fundations does not provide detailed lessons for intervention. Therefore, over the past 2 years, I have worked to create and develop my own intervention lesson plans and activities. These lessons and activities have been used with my students and helped them grow as readers. I hope this resource helps your students as much as it has helped mine.
