This is a template for tracking students data utilizing standards based grading for High School Statistics and Probability Kentucky Math. This is based on a 4-point scale (4-exceeds mastery or distinguished, 3-mastery or proficient, 2-approaching or apprentice, 1-needs improvement or novice). All High School Statistics and Probability KSA Math units/standards have been added on one sheet. All you need to do is add your students names and start tracking them using the drop down in Google Sheets! You are able to also keep track of when you assessed by adding the date. There is also an automatic average column at the end of each unit.
