You will find three versions included: two for American History (with different backgrounds) and one for World History. The zip file includes all of the necessary fonts, the three powerpoint templates and a word document with instructions on setting up your template. The powerpoint files were created using powerpoint 2011 (.pptx), but if you need templates for an older version or Apple Keynote, send me a message and I will try to accommodate you.
