Description

These sets of no prep worksheets can be used for spiral math practice, reinforcement or assessment. Sets are designed with a variety of levels so you can differentiate for your students without any extra prep while incorporating different holidays throughout the year.

This set includes ALL of our holiday themed pages only. At this time we have completed this bundle, though we are always open to suggestions about other holidays to include.

These easy-to-use resources include:

  • a variety of worksheet styled pages to practice basic math skills.
  • numbers up to 10 000
  • 15 pages in each set.
  • answer keys for every page.
  • no repeat questions for any of the sets (same style-different questions)
  • word problems to reinforce concepts when possible.
  • colouring activities to reinforce concepts when possible.
  • holiday themed pages.
  • link to a blog post full of ways to use these worksheets in engaging ways.
  • Canadian/British spellings.
  • SI Notation, so numbers are written with spaces between place values instead of commas. (Example: 1 000 instead of 1,000).

Topics included are:

  • place value up to ten thousands: Base 10, words, number names, standard form, expanded form, place value charts
  • comparing numbers, < > =
  • addition and subtraction with regrouping up to 10 000
  • long multiplication of numbers 2 digits by 1 digit for numbers up to and including 7 x 7 = 49
  • long division of whole numbers without remainders for numbers up to and including 7 x 7 = 49
  • rounding numbers to thousands
  • simple fractions, equivalent fractions (whole and set)
  • comparing and ordering fractions with common denominators
  • relating fractions and decimals up to the hundredths place
  • decimal addition and subtraction to the hundredths place
  • decimals place value: representing decimals to hundredths in a variety of ways
  • bar graphs
  • pictographs
  • symmetry of two dimensional shapes
  • identifying two dimensional shapes
  • calculating perimeter and area of rectangles
  • word problems

Each holiday themed set is an overview of the concepts for the grade level. The holidays and seasons include:
