Description

In this project students will design a home which is practical, aesthetically pleasing, and which complies with the requests of a client. Students have the option to choose one of three different client scenarios. In each scenario the home is located in a different environment including an urban home scenario, cabin in the woods scenario, and a traditional suburban home scenario each with a unique set of client-requested design requirements. Students are asked to first read through the client descriptions, choose one job to accept, then take into account the design criteria listed by the client and design a custom home using Autodesk Revit. Project rubric is included at the end of the provided document.
