Description

In this lesson for a consumer math or personal finance class, students will learn all about homeowners insurance and the different types of renters insurance coverages
and key terms like premium, deductible, perils etc. Students will learn about factors that affect the cost of homeowners insurance and answer questions. In addition, students will practice calculating how much the insurance company pays based on the deductible and the insurer's coverage.
