This is a great tool to help keep students accountable. If they don't turn in an assignment, they fill out a H.A.M. sheet. The kids and I thought it was quite funny. Only wish that it were editable. I'd like to add another option for the students to select.
Great way of keeping parents informed of missing assignments and helps me track missing/late work.
