(This is larger-than-average sized for easy visibility). Just as described in my Gradebook Templlate, this template is designed the same way, with yellow-and-white lines, for those of us who like to keep a separate gradebook for homework, apart from quiz/test grades. Made in Excel 2007, printable, 2 pages. If using 2 lines per student there is room for 16 students per sheet. If using 1 line per student, there is room for 32 students per sheet.
