Homework and Newsletter Template includes:
Homework templates that you can edit and assign for your weekly homework. The templates are created using PowerPoint, which will make it easy to copy each slide and edit.

In addition to the homework template, I have included Newsletters (August through June) which you can use to communicate with parents. Two different designs with clipart have been included.
PowerPoint:
This template is made using PowerPoint. You can easily edit to fit the needs of your classroom. You can use any font of your choice to edit the editable sections. Please click on the preview button to see what is included in this PowerPoint.
To copy each slide, all you have to do is right click on the mouse and click Duplicate. Then, you can edit the date, spelling words, classroom news, and weekly homework assignments.
From my own experience, using PowerPoint is so much easier than Word because I can easily duplicate each slide and make changes. In addition, I can save all weekly homework in one file.
