Description
Here is one of my timesavers. To keep track of assignments turned in, I type names in the chart with a subject in the header and footer. I then print enough copies for the year and leave this checklist next to my homework and classwork trays. When I assign the work, I fill out the assignment and date and leave it in the tray. As students turn in their assignment, they check off their name and place their work under the checklist. Afterwards, any student not checked off gets either a 0 for missing assignment, A for absence, R for redo, or a PS for parent signature. Then, when I sit down to grade, I have a space all ready for their grades. There is space for 34 students and a key for code symbols. One sheet has 2 charts that can be cut in half to save paper and ink.
