Description
This is an Activestudio flipchart for use on a Promethean Board. It teaches the key concept of "How many more?" and "How many less?" with a natural progression from very simple picture matching to data analysis and problem solving.
Includes:
- 4 simple slides where students compare 2 sets of images by matching them up and writing the subtraction equation.
- 2 slides where the images are not lined up for the students and includes more of a story problem. Students will still write the subtraction problem.
- 1 slide with a graph and 4 "How many more?" and "How many less?" questions about the graph.
- 2 slides with word problems and space for students to draw a pictoral representation and number sentence to solve the problem.
All slides, except the graphing slide, are set up for students to type a numerical response in their activexpression by simply pressing the play button. On the graphing slide, you can use the express poll if you so desire.
