This anchor chart provides THREE main literacy/reading strategies for reading test questions to help students break down test questions and improve comprehension.
When students are able to UNDERSTAND what a question is asking, they are more likely to have success when answering the questions. This can be used for a mini-lesson, then with follow up questions to practice, self-guided practice or a skill for literacy centers.
