This zip package contains a short 15 slide presentation walking students through the process of creating a box-and-whisker graph. This zip file contains the presentation in PDF, PPT, and OpenOffice (ODP) formats and a 2-page student handout, in PDF and OpenOffice format, that they can take notes on while they are watching the presentation. The PowerPoint and OpenOffice files may be modified to meet your needs. The PowerPoint/ODP are designed to help students learn more effectively by only using custom animations where it helps students understand the process.
