This project is a perfect end of the year retrospective of your students journey. This lesson will guide students through creating a video time capsule of their school year including all events relevant to them throughout. The planning guide will walk students through what a video time capsule is, and then how to create their own. Students will collect pictures and videos from throughout their school year and compile them with a voiceover. Give your students a chance to make a meaningful project that will be a great memento later in their lives.

Most of my lessons will teach students about the type of video they are going to make, show some finished examples, help them brainstorm, research, plan, script, storyboard, all leading up to some professional tips on how to film their project. I have included a rubric with most products as well. All of my lessons are easily adaptable to fit most all grade levels and any subject matter.
