Description

How to make a clock - Editable Lesson Plan. This lesson is a perfect start for teaching about time. This craft lesson uses easily available inexpensive materials to create clocks. Each student is able to create a clock that can be used as a personal resource during math activities for telling time. In my classes, I taught this lesson just before I taught my unit on telling time, so that my students and I were able to use the clocks that we made, as manipulatives for hands on activities in the time lessons.

Perfect template for making a clock to practice telling time with my second graders. They all love having their own, unique clocks to practice with. Thanks!

Easy to use clock making resource. if using split-pins, I suggest that you cut the hands a bit wider, as they can tear easily due to the narrowness.
