Description

This I Have, Who Has game helps kids learn the addition of 2-digit numbers + multiples of ten (#10-90) within 100 through a game! Each student will add each number and call out "I have __, who has ___ + ____ ?" when their "I have" matches.

There are 27 cards in total that loop back to the first person! These are 6x4 cards that you can resize or laminate. You can teach this by letting kids call it out or finding their pairs until they can form a circle (since it loops back from first person to last person). Used for students/children in the elementary school math classroom: kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade. Can be used as a classwork or warm up activity with the worksheets [CCSS.1.NBT.C.4].

Aligned with the Common Core State Standard 1.NBT.C.4 "Add within 100, including adding a two-digit number and a one-digit number, and adding a two-digit number and a multiple of 10, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used. Understand that in adding two-digit numbers, one adds tens and tens, ones and ones; and sometimes it is necessary to compose a ten."
