Have problems with too much tattling from students?! Me too! This resource is to try and get students to problem solve all on their own before coming to tattle to you!
With this resource, students should be able to fill this in and work their problems out with their peers before the inevitable interruption of tattling comes to you. Plus, this gets kids working on their writing at the same time ;)
Print two-sided so the form will be filled out by students on one side and examples of what to say are on the back!
(Level 1 = something tattle-worthy; Level 2 = physical contact. i.e., hitting, kicking, etc.)
