I never thought I'd be so excited about an excel spreadsheet, but this document is a life saver! I had searched and searched for something to easily analyze I-Ready standards mastery data, but could never find anything like this. It is an invaluable tool for I-Ready Data analysis!
Fill in as you go I-Ready Data spreadsheet. I wish had made this sooner! It would have made things so much easier! Makes it so easy to see all of my class data in one place.
The product is not super cutesy, but is so worth having. Here's why:
*Find all of your students' SM data on ONE EASY TO VIEW spreadsheet!
*Easily SEE AREAS OF STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS to assist in making decisions for future instruction.
*Side to side Form A and Form B comparison to MONITOR GROWTH!
*Pre-coded Excel spreadsheet AUTOMATICALLY COLOR CODES your data!!!
*Programmed to match I-Ready Scoring System: Cells with a 0-32 score, will automatically become red, cells with 33-66 scores will become yellow, and cells with 67-100 scores will turn green!
*Table can fit up to 35 students.
*Enough space to fit up to 20 standards; includes space to record data from Form A and Form B for each standard, totaling space to record data for up to 40 test dates. (It is unlikely that all the cells will be needed, but better too many than too few.)
Now I know this sounds super nerdy, but you'll get it when you start using it... :)
*NEVER LOSE TRACK WHEN YOU ARE SCROLLING of whose data you are looking at or what standards the data is about:
*First column where you type in student names has a "Freeze Pane" setting so that you will always see the students' names as you scroll across the data!
*Top row where you type in the standards also has a "Freeze Pane" setting which allows all the standards to remain in view as you scroll down.
If you need to keep track of and analyze I-Ready Standards Mastery data, you will want to have this easy to use, easy to analyze data tracking sheet! Just plug in the standards and numbers and save! SO EASY! :)
