Your students will love this easy-to-read, one page Learner Profile reflection. Each trait is described in kid-friendly language with a picture to help clarify the meaning. Students simply place an "X" on the continuum to show if they follow the trait all of the time, some of the time or rarely.

Use this tool before parent-teacher conferences, at the start and end of the school year to show growth in the Learner Profile, or at the end of each unit of inquiry. You could have students complete the "X's" in one color and have the teacher complete it on the same page in a different color to show both perspectives.
