Description

Use these data collection sheets for organizing and tracking IEP data for each student on your caseload. These data sheets come as editable PowerPoint files so you can type each student's therapy goals and objectives before printing. They also come as PDF files if you choose to handwrite goals.

Directions

  • PowerPoint: Use the correct data sheet to reflect the number of objectives for each goal. These sheets come with 2-5 objectives per goal. You can copy these slides for each student on your caseload as needed.
  • PDF: print the appropriate blank data sheets for each student on your caseload and fill in their goals and objects manually.

I absolutely love this resource and am so glad I added it to my collection! It was easy to prepare, clearly organized, and simple to implement right away in my classroom. The directions were straightforward, and the layout made it accessible for a variety of learners, which I really appreciate. My students stayed engaged while using it, and it worked well for both small-group instruction and independent practice. I also liked how flexible it was to adapt across different skill levels and teaching settings. This resource saved me time while still supporting meaningful learning, and I can see myself using it again throughout the year. Thank you for creating such a practical, teacher-friendly tool!
