Description
August 2017-This product is now EDITABLE! You can now copy and paste information from your IEP. You must create a text box in the form to fit your needs. You can choose any font for your work, though you cannot change the wording that I have created. Please let me know if you need anything or have any quesitons by emailing me at mrsschrock.tpt@gmail.com
This product can be used in various ways to help parents, support services, classroom teachers and administration to understand a students IEP. This fun flip can be used to show a snap-shot of a students IEP to highlight the most important parts.
I personally like to give these to the general education teachers that I work with to allow them to have a quick and easy guide of the IEP of a student within their classroom. I also make a copy of this to give the parents after an IEP meeting. So many times I believe that an IEP can be very overwhelming to parents, this way they can have a quick snap-shot, without leaving anything out.
This is great for all who are involved with a IEP (Special Education Teacher, General Education Teacher, Speech and Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist and Educational Aide just to name a few!)
Enjoy!
