I used the IEP Present Levels (PLAAFP) Teacher Collection Form during distance learning to collect input from general education teachers, and it was an excellent resource. The form’s digital design made it easy for teachers to share observations and data remotely, which was crucial during virtual instruction. It streamlined the process of gathering current present levels information and helped ensure that IEP goals were accurately informed. This tool is especially valuable for any teacher navigating data collection in a distance or hybrid learning environment. Highly recommend for efficient and effective PLAAFP data gathering.

I had a general education teacher who asked for a google document to be sent to her so she could answer questions about a student for the purpose of IEP updating and this resource fit the requirements. I was able to edit the document to fit my needs easily.

I’m sorry to hear that. This form is used to collect information regarding students’ performance in the classroom to inform goals prior to IEP meetings. Responses can then be output into a spreadsheet. Can I please ask what about this product did not meet your expectations so that I can work towards a more accurate product description?
