Description
The IM® Grade 5 Math curriculum includes cool downs (also known as an exit slip or exit ticket) to be given to students at the end of the lesson. This activity serves as a brief checkpoint to determine whether students understood the main concepts of that lesson. Teachers can use this as a formative assessment to plan further instruction.
I combined the cool downs from the curriculum into one document, with 2 copies per page, so that you can print, cut, and staple them into mini packets for students to complete each day. Don't forget that most scanners/copiers will staple them for you. All you'll need to do is cut them in half and they are ready for your students for the whole unit!
