Description
Do you need to add a periodic table to your classroom walls?
Want to make it visually appealing without taking up all your time and money?
I have the answer!
This is a set of periodic table cards with information about name, symbol, atomic number, and atomic mass included. The individual cards are surrounded by polka dot borders in 10 colors (representing all the different groupings on the periodic table). I even added a clipart picture to represent solids, liquids, gases, and synthetic elements. These individual cards can be printed and laminated (heavy duty clear packing tape is a great laminator!) and then hung in the room. You can even remove individual cards when giving quizzes without having to remove or cover your entire periodic table! I use Velcro dots to hand mine on the wall. They are very easy to remove and replace when needed :)
Also included are QR codes for each element. Scan using a QR code reader and your students can view information specific to each element.
I also have a set of word wall terms to label the 10 groups on the Periodic Table. These match the polka dot décor and can be used to label your periodic table with words like Halogens, , Transition Metals, etc.....
Check out my store for lots more word wall options and as always if you want a list of words turned into a word wall for your classroom, or words added to a word wall I already have posted, just contact me and I can make it happen!
I created these cards for my periodic table using the polka dot package downloaded here http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/FREE-Polka-Dot-Classroom-Labels-144377
