My students really loved this particular experiment, especially because they had a nice treat that followed! However, they did get tired as they were shaking the bag trying to change it into ice cream. Overall, it was a fun way to end off the year!

Used this as a small group STEAM activity after school for our school's auction winners. It was soooo fun! Would definitely work as a whole class activity!
