These notes go over identifying the slope & y-intercept from graphs, tables, and there is one example with a set of ordered pairs. This is a great lesson to go over before teaching your students about slope-intercept form. Students and teachers love how easy these notes are to follow and understand.

These notes get straight to the point of the skill being taught, which I have found is imperative for the attention span of middle schoolers! They are also a great tool for students to refer back to.

I love mrscasiasmath's guided notes and so do my students. I am so grateful that she includes not only the answer key but a page where she has handwritten the notes, as well as a guided notes video. The available options allow my students to have a choice. My advanced students love that I can assign the video to them and they can watch it and learn and work at their own pace, while the other half of my students enjoy doing the guided notes through instruction with me. I recommend any of Mr. Casia's math resources; they are so easy to use and have very minimal prep.
