Description
If then chart is created for students that need motivation to complete work, stay on task or show good behavior. The numbers at the top correlate with the number of consecutive days that the child must follow the agreement. For example if the agreement is to stay on task and they reach that goal on the first day they will earn the first day reward. If they do it two days in a row they will earn that reward. If they reach their goal 3 days in a row they will earn that reward. If they do not reach a goal on any day they start back at the first day. In order to symbolize when a goal has been reached move over a star under the day to symbolize that the goal has been reached and the reward earned. Students can pick their own rewards and decide what day they would like to earn which reward. It is ideal that a larger or more valued reward would be towards day 5 and something smaller or less desirable would be put at day 1. Teachers will need to find images to match the rewards, I have included a few but obviously they can be changed to match your students needs. This resource is completely editable and customizable.
