This is a great post TCAP in class project. When you want to do something that gives a little more freedom in student learning this is a perfect project. This uses the Engineering Design Process and the science standards T/E.1 and T/E.2 to help the students become engineers and engineer their own invention. This is a rubric/guide worksheet to help the students work through this process in class. This is 3 pages. You will have to change my name to yours in the word document. After each step it has the student get a teacher signature so that you are involved in their process.
