This is an Incentive/Point Chart for students to have so they can earn points to reinforce positive behaviors, for answering questions correctly, following directions, etc. Once the point chart is completely filled in, students earn a trip to the Prize Box. This was created to be printed and then cut into half sheets for students to keep on their desks
