Description
This is a great activity for our students that benefit from visual cues and prompts to increase the mean length of utterance or expand sentences. Using Symbolstix symbols in the communication program Touch Chat Word Power, this activity targets creating 3-5 word utterances. Core words targeted including actions words, pronouns, articles, and concepts. Visual scenes utilized to support sentence building. This is a great resource for our students with verbal speech and those that rely on AAC for verbal speech. Have fun!
