Independent Reading Assessment
Share

Description

This product includes 2 editable versions of a two-sided worksheet for independent reading. I use this in my 7th grade reading class, but it could be adapted and used in many different classroom settings! Students are asked to consider the characters, plot and other topics related to reading. It also includes some student choice in the prompt they write about on the bottom of the first page.

The goal of this worksheet is to hold students accountable for independent reading and get them thinking about what they read!
