Description

I wanted to create a unit that focused on inquiry and was rich with culture and learning. This can be done as a class, or assigned as independent work. I made this to be accessible to in-class learning or online learning.

There are 9 tasks that will take quite awhile to complete. Ranging from residential schools, land acknowledgements, maps, language, Indigenous definitions, Land-Back campaigns and oral history. Students are meant to keep their work and put it altogether in a portfolio to finish off this unit.

All links and resources are attached to the powerpoint. You may edit it as you see fit.
