This is a chart that I created to use with a few of my kindergartners who were squirmy and need several redirections throughout the day.

This can be changed to fit your schedule sequence. After each part of our day, a star sticker (or any other small sticker) is placed on the "Did I Finish?" column.

If the student received 5/7 stars or 4/6 (I switched it up throughout the year) then they received a small prize. Towards the end of the year, they had to get stars in all rows to get the prize.
