In my classroom, I had students that simply didn't respond to a hanging behavior clip chart. In some cases, students couldn't handle moving their clips down when they made poor choices during the day. I created these individual behavior cards and taped them onto these students' desks. I found that some students enjoy having a visual reminder throughout the day right on their desks.

These behavior cards could also be printed as a class set and used in a behavior folder or binder. Print on card stock and then laminate them for use in your classroom.

I've included several different kid designs. I've also included color and black and white versions.
