This individual color behavior chart is a great parent communication tool that can be sent home daily to visually show how the student is behaving at school. The students will color in the appropriate behavior color at the end of each day to take on responsibility of their behavior. Parents will then need to initial each day to show that they are aware of their child's behavior at school. Great to use at parent teacher conferences or in IEP meetings to show documentation of behavior. I use this chart with Kindergarten and first graders, but you can adjust the consequences at the bottom to fit any 2nd or 3rd grade classroom.
