Description

This product is designed to support students in meeting their classroom behavior goals. This is a completely editable Google Slides document. You can add your student's names, and change the behaviors to meet the needs of your individual students, or, keep it as is for a super easy print and go behavior chart.

Aligns with Positive Behavior Intervention Plans.

I use this chart by laminating one for each student in the class, and taping it to their desk. As I see a student demonstrating a requested behavior, they get a mark on their chart ( using a whiteboard marker). Each student is told how many "points" or marks they need for the day or the week in order to get a prize.

This chart could be un-laminated, and used daily or weekly to provide students with rewards, and to collect data and track progress towards goals. Stapled into a little booklet, you could gather behavior data and keep it all in one place, while also giving your student(s) that positive reinforcement they need (and our schools require) to help them meet their goals.

What you get:

*Google Slides with editable charts. Directions for how to use the charts included.

The behavioral checklist is easy to use and provides immediate feedback to the student. I also use the data collected when I write IEP’s. Highly recommend!
