Description
This is an individualized tracker that I use with my students who need more specific goals and frequent reminders. I choose 2 goals that they really need to focus on, and set a number of smileys that the student can attain (with the student present). The students are able to choose rewards that will motivate them to reach their goal. As weeks progress, I increase their daily and weekly smiley goals.This is completely editable so you can manipulate to fit your needs. You will need to edit the time frames to fit your schedule.
