Autonomy is “the ability to take responsibility for one’s learning,” as defined by Benson (2001). Research shows that when students are involved with planning their goals, they are more motivated to work harder to achieve them.
This I Can S.M.A.R.T. Goal Notebook allows students to help in the process of building their S.M.A.R.T. goals for the class. Students will enjoy coloring and designing each one of their pages.
