This lesson plan was designed for documentation of IEP students who were failing. This document helps you keep track and adjust lessons for students who are not completing assignments. It will guide you along the path to discovering successful tools and accommodations for the student. The student does not have to be in special education. This document can be used and edited. There is a comment section, a place for student to sign and I documented parent contact calls on the back of the weekly plan.
