Description

Get ready to supercharge your students' inference skills with this amazing resource that includes seasonal inferencing passages and activities! Making inferences can be tricky, but inferring is a crucial skill in every reader’s toolbox! Not every text provides strong opportunities for students to practice making an inference, but these short stories for inferencing were created for students to practice inferring over and over again to build their confidence and proficiency with the skill. With 10 short stories for inferencing, plus 8 seasonal worksheets including Weather pg.25, Winter Activities pg.24, and more!

Using 7 different real-life pictures, this resource also provides a low-pressure way to practice inferencing skills, emphasizing reasoning over finding a 'correct' answer.

ANSWER KEYS, graphic organizers, & posters are also included.

❤️ Why you'll love this resource: ❤️

  • Streamline your teaching with dependable, NO PREP materials for enriching inference practice.
